Location Data

• The app requests access to your device's location to calculate accurate prayer times and Qibla direction for your area.
• Location data is processed locally on your device and is not transmitted to any server except when fetching prayer times from the Aladhan API (see below).
• Location data is stored locally on your device for caching purposes and is never shared with third parties.
• You can use the app in “Demo Mode” without granting location access.

Compass / Motion Data

• The app accesses your device's compass and motion sensors solely to determine Qibla direction.
• This data is processed locally and is never stored or transmitted.

Network Requests

• The app may send your approximate location (latitude/longitude) to the Aladhan API (api.aladhan.com) to fetch prayer time data. This is used as a fallback when local calculation is not sufficient.
• No personal identifiers are included in these requests.
• For details on how Aladhan handles data, please refer to their privacy policy.

Data Storage

• All app data (settings, cached prayer times) is stored locally on your device using encrypted local storage.
• No data is stored on external servers.
• No user accounts or registration is required.

Third-Party Services

• Aladhan API — Used as a fallback source for prayer time calculations. Only approximate location coordinates are sent. No personal data is shared.

Children's Privacy

This app does not knowingly collect data from children under 13.

Your Rights

• You can revoke location permissions at any time through your device settings.
• You can clear all locally stored data by uninstalling the app.
